Do we think freezing grenadine an ok plan? I got a vacuum sealer for Christmas so I could freeze in cubes & keep. Would other syrups work as well? It'd be nice to have a bunch of syrups on hand all the time.
I've typically followed the 6:3:2 ratio with only 1/2 ounce of grenadine based on the first time I read about the Jack Rose in The Bar Book, but I've found that the 2:1:1 ratio is a definite improvement. Thanks for the post!

I made this today and it was DELICIOUS! I added a dash of bittermens New England spiced cranberry bitters and it totally works with it
