I made this Saturday afternoon for my Wife as she enjoys coffee flavored cocktails, and was my 1st attempt at a Negroni. The Galliano Ristretto was the perfect choice, although a little difficult to find locally. The drink was very much enjoyed and will become a part of our weekend afternoon's relaxation.

This is very tasty (and in the direction I was hoping late summer and fall cocktails would go). What else are you doing with the Galliano Restretto? It seems made for some combination with the right rye.
