Sounds like a great drink! Don’t have any scotch on hand right now (I know, I know, tsk tsk), but I’ll have to try it with the Japanese whisky I’ve got and see how that goes.

Yeah! Should work. Japanese whisky can be even more delicate so maybe stir a tad less and sliiiiightly pull back on the honey

i used a different inexpensive blended Scotch called John Barr, and about triple the bitters, and it’s pretty darn tasty. thank you sir, and one day my Basset hound (female named Fred) would like to meet your pack of rather larges.
