When I last wrote about Martinis, I emphasized chill and coldness. A Martini, I noted, should always be served as cold as possible, given the limitations of the serving method. If you’re making a single-serve, stirred drink, that means using cracked ice and a chilled mixing glass. But there are other methods that produce an even colder drink.
