A complex tiki drink — and a ground-up reimagining.

So far on our tiki journey this summer, we’ve looked at tiki drinks with rum, tiki drinks without rum, and the basic tiki framework. 

Today, we’re going to look at a classic tiki drink that combines all of those elements. It’s a rum drink, but it’s also a gin drink, and a cognac drink...and there’s some sherry too. There’s a bunch of juice and some sweet…
